3D Architectural Movie

A 3D movie is a visualization technique that creates realistic three-dimensional representations of the interior of a space, such as a home, office, store, or any other type of building. This technology is widely used in architecture, interior design, real estate, and marketing to provide an immersive and detailed experience of the space before it is even built or renovated.

Building permit

A building permit is a planning authorization issued by the town hall of the municipality where the building is located for construction, alteration, or expansion projects. It allows the city to verify that the planned construction complies with the town planning regulations in force in the area, i.e., the Local Urban Planning Plan (PLU) or, failing that, the national regulations provided for in the urban planning code. In certain cases, a building permit also provides protection as a historic monument, requiring the assistance of an Architect of the Buildings of France (ABF).

For all minor construction work, a simple prior declaration of work is sufficient.
